7. Service Commitment

Three Years Warranty

We offer a 3-year warranty on the fusion splicer, with the following exceptions:

1. Consumables: The cleaver, miller clamp, stripping pliers, fiber holders, and other tools whose life depends on the frequency of use and environment are excluded. Electrodes are consumption materials and are not covered.

2. Battery & Power: The battery and power adapter have a one-year warranty. Free replacement is provided if damaged or unable to be charged within one year.
