Our high-performance Fiber Optic Adapters (also known as Optical Fiber Couplers) are engineered for seamless signal distribution across FTTH, ODN, and enterprise networks. By utilizing zirconia ceramic sleeve alignment technology, these Fiber Cable Adapters ensure sub-decibel Optical Fiber Coupler Loss (dB) and high-stability transmission.
Whether you require the high-density efficiency of an LC Flange, the universal compatibility of SC Fiber Adapter Types, or the industrial-grade durability of FC Flange, our solutions provide the reliable backbone needed for Network Transceiver Modules and modern telecommunications.
2. Common Advantages (LC, SC, FC)
Precision alignment – Zirconia ceramic sleeve with precision polishing ensures accurate fiber core mating.
High durability – Engineered for thousands of mating cycles without performance loss.
Wide compatibility – Supports single‑mode (9/125μm) and multimode (50/125μm, 62.5/125μm) fibers.
All‑environment operation – Working temperature range from -40℃ to +85℃.
Global certifications – RoHS, CE, IEC 61753, Telcordia GR‑326 compliant.
LC / SC Solutions: High-density data centers, Fiber Adapter Panels, and FTTH access networks. Ideal for connecting Fiber Media Converters Adapters and Fiber to Ethernet Adapters.
FC / Industrial Solutions: Harsh environments requiring Bare Fiber Adapters for testing, industrial control systems, and outdoor communication stations.
System Integration: Use with PLC Splitter modules to manage PLC Splitter Loss in complex ODN architectures.
Advanced Media: Professional A/V setups utilizing HDMI Fiber Adapters and Fiber to Coax Adapters.
Standard Packaging – 1 piece / PE bag; 10 pieces / inner pack; 500 pieces / carton.
Customization – Model number, logo, and packaging design available upon request.
Lead Time – Stock items: 3‑5 days; OEM orders: 15‑20 days.
Q1. Can I mix different connector types (LC, SC, FC) in one order?
A: Yes, we support mixed orders. You can combine LC, SC, and FC flanges in any quantity. Please contact our sales team to specify the quantity per model.
Q2. Are these adapters compatible with both Single Mode and Multimode fiber systems?
A: Yes, they are compatible with Single Mode (G.652D/G.657A) and Multimode (G.651) fibers. They support dual-window operating wavelengths, including 1310nm/1550nm for SM and 850nm/1300nm for MM.
Q3. Do you provide a fiber adapter SC to LC or other hybrid types?
A: While our standard flanges are dedicated SC, FC, or LC types, we can produce hybrid adapters (e.g., SC to LC) on request. Please inquire with your required interface combination.
Q4. Do you provide OEM packaging with my company logo?
A: Yes, we offer full OEM service including custom printing on the inner pack or carton, as well as custom label and logo design. Please provide your artwork for a quotation.
Q5. Can the housing material or flange color be customized?
A: Yes. For LC and SC flanges, we can customize the PC/ABS housing color (e.g., blue, gray, green). For FC flanges, metal finish (nickel or black coating) can be customized. Minimum order and lead time apply.
Q6. What is the warranty period, and how do you handle defective products?
A: LC and SC flanges have a 3‑year warranty; FC metal flanges have a 5‑year warranty. If any defect is verified within the warranty period, we will replace the faulty units free of charge (shipping not included).
Q7. Can these fiber adapters be used with network transceiver modules or Ethernet to fiber conversion?
A: Yes. Our passive fiber optic adapters directly connect fiber patch cords to transceiver modules (SFP, GBIC, etc.). For active conversion (e.g., fiber to Ethernet adapter or fiber to RJ45 adapter), you would need a media converter, but our flanges serve as the physical interface between the fiber cable and the converter’s optical port.
