Standard MOQs start at 10 km for the listed G.657A2 drop cable, 500 pcs for splitters / patch cords / pigtails, and 1 unit for fusion splicers or OTDRs. Regular specifications are available in substantial stock. Stocked 1-core and 2-core G.657A2 drop cable can usually be dispatched in 3–5 days after order details and payment are confirmed. Lower MOQs are available for stocked regular specifications, subject to confirmation.

What can change the applicable MOQ?
A standard product and a custom production order can have different minimums. When comparing suppliers, compare the same specifications, packing and delivery scope—not just the lowest quantity or unit price.
Product & stock
Patch cords, cable drums, PLC splitters and test instruments use different ordering units. Ask about the selected model and available configuration.
Technical specifications
Fiber grade, core count, connector polish, cable construction and equipment configuration can change the production arrangement.
OEM logo & printing
Branding on a cable jacket, product housing or label has its own setup requirements. Share your artwork, placement and quantity.
Packaging & order mix
Custom boxes, reel lengths and labeled sets may have separate minimums. A mixed order does not automatically combine every item's MOQ.

How to request samples before a bulk order
Ask for samples of the configuration you intend to purchase. Our team will confirm sample availability, charges, freight and preparation time for your selected items.
- Identify the product. Send a model, product link, photo or bill of materials and your expected bulk quantity.
- Agree what to verify. Confirm dimensions, connector fit, optical performance, equipment compatibility or branding, as relevant.
- Review the result. Record the approved specification and any changes before confirming the bulk order.
Standard sample or custom sample? A standard sample can help you assess the product. If you need a specific cable construction, firmware, logo or printed box, ask whether a separate pre-production sample is needed.

What are the MOQs for splitters, patch cords, pigtails and connectors?
The standard MOQ is 500 pcs for the listed splitters, patch cords and pigtails, 5,000 pcs for fiber optic adapters and 1,000 pcs for fast connectors. Confirm the configuration for each item; custom branding or packaging may have separate requirements.
Can I buy one fusion splicer or OTDR?
Yes. The standard MOQ is 1 unit for Signal Fire fusion splicers, Tumtec fusion splicers and OTDRs. Confirm the model, included accessories, power plug, warranty and any test-document requirements in the quotation.
What MOQ applies to fiber distribution boxes?
The standard MOQ is 100 pcs for the listed ABS distribution boxes, 500 pcs for the 86-type ABS box and 50 pcs for the sliding terminal box. Confirm the exact model, fiber capacity and included adapters, splitters or accessories.
What MOQ applies to optical meters, VFLs and fiber tools?
OPM and OPM + VFL units start at 50 units; VFLs start at 100 units. Cleavers, fiber tool kits, optical light sources, cleaners and strippers start at 50 pcs or sets for each listed item. Confirm the model and kit configuration.
Can LinkFiber lower the MOQ for a trial order?
Yes. For regular specifications available from stock, we can offer a lower MOQ to support trial orders, small distributors and project replenishment. Send the item, specification and target quantity; the reduced MOQ depends on the stock available for that configuration.
Which drop cable can be dispatched in 3–5 days?
