GYXTW optical fiber cable is a cost-effective outdoor armored fiber optic cable, specifically designed for medium and long-distance signal transmission in various outdoor communication projects. Adopting a central loose tube structure with double steel wire armoring, it combines excellent mechanical strength, weather resistance and anti-interference performance. It is widely used in telecom access networks, FTTx projects, campus networks, community communication construction and other scenarios, ensuring stable, high-speed and long-term reliable signal transmission in harsh outdoor environments.

Key Features

• Central Loose Tube Structure: Optical fibers are placed in a loose tube filled with water-blocking gel, which effectively isolates the fibers from external mechanical stress and temperature changes, reduces microbending loss, and improves the long-term stability of signal transmission.

• Dual Steel Wire Armoring: The cable core is wrapped with a double-layer galvanized steel wire armor layer, which has strong tensile and compressive capacity, can effectively resist external damage such as extrusion, impact and rodent gnawing, and is suitable for complex outdoor construction environments.

• Superior Weather Resistance: The outer sheath is made of high-quality LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) or PVC material, with excellent UV resistance, water resistance, corrosion resistance and low temperature resistance, adapting to various climatic conditions from -40℃ to 70℃.

• Full-Line Water Blocking: The loose tube and cable gap are filled with high-quality water-blocking gel, and the cable ends are sealed with water-blocking compounds to achieve full-line water blocking, preventing moisture intrusion and ensuring long-term reliable operation of the cable.

• High Compatibility: Standard configuration of single-mode optical fibers (G.652A/G.652D), optional G.657A1/B3 optical fibers for narrow space laying, compatible with mainstream optical fiber communication systems and equipment, meeting the transmission needs of 10G/40G/100G high-speed networks.

• Easy Construction & Installation: The cable has moderate diameter and weight, good flexibility and bending performance (minimum bending radius: 15 times the cable diameter in non-installation state, 20 times in installation state), which is convenient for aerial, direct burial, pipeline and trench laying.
