FAQ

A.Customization & OEM

Q1: What customization services do you offer?

We provide OEM/ODM solutions, including:

Product Customization: Laser printing or silk-screening your logo on fiber optic transceiver or PLC splitter housings.

Packaging Customization: Designing exclusive outer cartons, inner boxes, and labels according to your brand’s Visual Identity.

Technical Customization: Adjusting technical parameters for specific wavelengths, transmission distances, or compatibility requirements (e.g., coding transceivers for specific switch brands).

Q2: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for customized products?

To support traders in expanding their markets, we offer flexible MOQ.

  Logo Printing: 100 units.

Full Custom Color Boxes: T500–1,000 units.

MOQs vary by product category; please contact our team to discuss a starting order that works for you.

B.Quality & Compatibility

Q3: Are your fiber media converters and modules compatible with major brands?

Yes. All our active devices (transceivers, SFP modules) undergo rigorous compatibility testing with mainstream brands such as Cisco, Huawei, Mikrotik, TP-Link, and more before leaving the factory. If you have specific compatibility requirements, please let us know during the inquiry so we can perform targeted coding.

Q4: How do you ensure the quality of fiber patch cords and splitters?

We understand that signal loss directly impacts network stability.

Patch Cords: 100% undergo end-face inspection and Insertion Loss/Return Loss testing (IL <0.2dB).

PLC Splitters: We use high-quality ceramic ferrules to ensure excellent uniformity and stability across various temperature environments. Each batch is shipped with a factory test report.

C.One-Stop Solution

Q5: Can I purchase all fiber optic accessories from you in one stop?

Absolutely. We provide a full range of products including Fiber Optic Patch Cords, PLC Splitters, Fiber Optic Cables, Media Converters, SFP Modules, and Optical Test/Installation Tools.

Lower Communication Costs: Instead of managing 3–4 different suppliers, you only need one point of contact for your entire list.

Reduced Shipping Fees: Consolidating all items into a single container or shipment can save you 20%–30% on international logistics costs.

Guaranteed Interoperability: We perform integrated link tests at the factory to ensure perfect compatibility between your transceivers, patch cords, and splitters.

Q6: Can you provide a complete product solution based on my project requirements?

Yes. Linkfiber is not just a manufacturer; we are your technical consultant. Whether you are a contractor for local telecom projects or enterprise networking, simply provide us with your transmission distance, fiber type (Single-mode/Multi-mode), and interface requirements. Our technical team will generate a cost-effective product list to help you win bids and serve end-users more efficiently.

D. Lead Time & After-Sales

Q7: What is the typical lead time for an order? *

Standard Stock Items: (e.g., standard length patch cords, common transceivers) can be shipped within 2–5 working days.

Bulk/Custom Orders: Generally require 15–25 working days, depending on the complexity of the customization. We will work closely with you to meet your project deadlines.

E.Business Cooperation

Q8: Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?

Of course. We support sample testing for potential long-term partners. You can pay a small sample fee and shipping cost; once you place a bulk order, the sample fee can be deducted from the total balance.

Q9: Do you have experience handling large-scale orders?

Yes. We have extensive export experience and the capacity to manage large-scale orders valued at hundreds of thousands of dollars and above, ensuring smooth logistics and professional documentation.
